General Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the Revolving Networks product offerings
• Prospect for new sources to buy and sell our products offerings
• Field incoming leads and make outbound prospecting calls
• Negotiate the purchase and sale of products from manufactures like HPE, Cisco and Dell/EMC
• Provide customer service: Including phone interaction, order processing and order follow up
• Generate purchase and sales quotes, purchase and sales agreements
• Coordinate both domestic and international logistics
• Other

Education & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4 year Bachelors Degree program (preferably with emphasis in business but not required)
• Must be enthusiastic, self motivated and willing to learn
• Must possess outstanding organizational skills.
• Must be a problem solver
• Must have good customer service skills and enjoy interaction with people
• Must be willing to make outbound calls
• Willingness and desire to learn about technology

Experience – Not required but a plus

Previous Sales or Customer service experience

We are seeking a self-motivated, well-organized individual with good problem-solving skills to join our team as a Hardware Technician.  A qualified candidate will be responsible for making sure all products that leave Revolving Networks are of the highest quality standards.  The quality assurance process includes receiving, auditing, inspecting, testing, configuring and shipping each piece of hardware.  In addition, they will have a wide range of other responsibilities consistent with operating a small business.  This is a great learning opportunity for someone looking for a future in Network Administration or other technology careers.

Key Information

Full and Part-time positions available (Mon – Friday)

Full-Time 9-5pm

Part-Time 10:30-3pm (Some Flexibility)

• Locating Equipment in the warehouse
• Picking orders for shipment
• Packing and preparation for shipment

Education & Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
