Terms and Conditions

Hello and thank you for shopping with us on RevolvingNetworks.com.  Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions.  All purchases made through RevolvingNetworks.com are subject to the following terms and conditions.  If you purchase with us, you are agreeing to these terms. 

Return Policy

Revolving Networks takes great pride in the quality and functionality of all the products we ship and will gladly return any DOA items for immediate replacement or refund.  To return defective equipment, please email [email protected] or contact a representative and we will promptly issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a Pre-Paid shipping label.    

If you’d like to return a non-defective item or an item ordered in error we will gladly do so within 7 days of receipt, however due to the cost associated with each order, your return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding eligibility.  

All items must be returned in the same condition as they shipped in and be accompanied by any accessories included in the original shipment.  The buyer will be responsible for any damage due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging for the return shipment.  All New Factory Sealed items, if opened, are no longer eligible for return.  Once a factory seal has been broken the product can no longer be sold as new reducing the value significantly.  In the event that a factory seal has been broken and the buyer still wishes to return the product, Revolving Networks will make a buyback offer at current wholesale market value.        

Shipping Policy

Revolving Networks offers FREE ground shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Free ground shipping is not eligible for any shipments requiring a freight carrier.    All international shipments and any other shipment outside the continental US (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) will be priced out on a case by case basis.  If you’d like to order from Revolving Networks and are outside the continental US, please contact one of our representatives for a shipping quote prior to ordering.  All taxes, duties or other fees related to international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Revolving Networks.
